3.  Access sample guidelines on the CUSTOMER-PORTAL for your application.

4. Activate your project on the CUSTOMER-PORTAL.

5. Setup shipment with a SAMPLE SPREADSHEET and follow packaging GUIDELINES

Follow your project via CUSTOMER-PORTAL

  1. Receive notification on sample arrival and conditions.
  2. Get QC results and contact details if samples are out-of-specification
  3. Monitor results availability and receive notifications.
  4. Download your data by following the video guide
